My work station is an altered antique piano, with Brass Dragon Candelabra, shipped with my grandfather’s family from Wales, at the turn of the 19th century.  Perhaps there’s some of the Welsh dragon blood in mine… My lovely Steinway grand is also an antique, brought from Rochester, NY, formerly belonging to a much loved & notable Piano Teacher.

Keeping time with the weeds amongst the vegetables & garden Labyrinth provides  a perpetual rhythm on summer days. I garden for the little creatures in nature, seeding Bronze Fennel for the Swallowtail larvae, and encouraging varieties of milkweed for the Monarchs, and Blue Vervain (Native Verbena), and globe thistle, attracting numerous pollinators!

When turtle shows up in your life it is usually a reminder to pay attention or you will miss opportunities. To the Native Americans, the turtle was a symbol of Mother Earth and a reminder that she provides for all of our needs. ... turtles remind us that the way to heaven is through the earth.

Biofiled Tuning is a type of sound healing that helps to relieve mental, emotional, and physical stress.  It does this by introducing a coherent sound into the field and allowing the body’s nervous system to begin to relax and move from a “fight or flight” response to a “rest and digest” response.

Film uses music because we’re hard wired to emotively respond, and music is the vehicle which allows us to feel and express this innate response.  

Music is universal and as Daniel Levitin concluded in his research on the brain...
